As a wife and mother of 4 children I have very little time to myself. It is not uncommon for a stay-at-home mom to feel stressed and/or depressed at times. I admit I began to feel this way. I had read somewhere that exercise can help with such things in addition to all the other main reasons people exercise. Finding the time and the energy to work-out is next to impossible. I tried to work-out whenever I could and did the best I could on my own but it wasn’t enough. Zealous training found the time to work into my schedule and it’s been a great experience. One example of how successful his workouts are is the improvement in my running. I run the same half marathon every year and generally get about the same time. The first race I did after working with them I beat my time by 15 minutes. Their workouts are very challenging but they make me feel strong and confident. And although I am quite sore sometimes after the workouts I do have the energy to get through my day. Also, I not only have a healthier lifestyle but a healthier, stress free attitude
