When I first decided to work out with Zealous training, I saw a picture of my friend in Instagram and couldn’t believe how good she looked. I had just had my second baby and was training for a 1/2 to full marathon but wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I saw my friend at the store and she told me about her trainer. I called up Mike and made an appointment. I tried convincing my husband, who already looked good, to come with me. He wasn’t interested but agreed to come to the first workout. I thought our first session wouldn’t be too hard because I was already in really good running shape. That was the most humbling experience when it came to our physical fitness. Both my husband and I realized we had to do more. We thought we would just do it for 12 weeks and now it’s been over a year. I keep thinking it’s going to get easier but every week Mike pushes you to give you the best results. I have gained muscle, lost a little weight, down two sizes, and have never had more confidence in my physical appearance than I have now. Mikes training is challenging, fun, and well worth it.
